Damn, that sounds pretty good. Ive only ever had gator once when i was visiting someone in louisiana. Blew my mind that you could just buy it in grocery stores there.

Gotta say, this Formshifter guy makes more sense every thread I read from him. Keep lifting big man. Until your lifting over 600lbs there is still a women somewhere lifting more than you. Let that inspire you.

Impressive if you got 26 pounds in 2 months. Ive been going for about a year now, everyday. put on about 12 pounds of pure muscle. I dont spend more then about an hour and 15 minutes at the gym. I do manual construction so me being able to flat out max lift everyday isnt going to work, if i cant lift the next day at work im useless. Slow and steady not here to be superman, here to make my job easier.

Today will be chest triceps and traps though. #gains homie.

I kinda miss that part of doing construction. But i dont miss being out in 100+ degree weather every day.

Can you not go to failure and still do shit the next day? I only got doms and fatigue for about the first 2 weeks.

Physically impossible to put on 26 pounds of muscle in 2 months. Yea I know, I'm only saying that because I'm jelly / have shit-tier genetics / am a hippy, but for those of you who aren't delusional or internet tough guys, that's the fact.

What's humorous is the chance that OP is not trolling and actually did put on 26 lbs in two months and truly thinks it is muscle, when in reality it is mostly fat and he's probably looking pretty hammy right about now, hammier than usual.

lol it IS possible, but not for keyboard theorycrafters. while youre sitting on your ass crunching numbers and hypothesizing about the capabilities of your sedentary body, im doing reps.

After the first 3 months i hardly felt anything the nwxt day after i started getting a more proper diet. The only day i really feel it is my leg day. I max out everyday with that. The past 3 months ive been bulking, where previously i was just strengthening. I will bulk for another few then strenghten again. But legs will always be something i max out on. Just getting a few more pounds in.

I do water pipeline construction i dont want to get too big where im sacrificing too much flexibility. Gotta be nice and limber for these tight trenches we get sometimes
