Default DE Cleric Faction in Faydwer

I'm interested in learning if there's any reasonable path to banking faction in Faydwer for dark elf clerics that doesn't involve the death of tons of Crushbone orcs. I care just enough about character matters that it would rub me the wrong way to scuttle Neriak warrior guild faction just to get access to the bank in Kelethin. I was looking over factions and quests in Ak'Anon and thought that might be a possibility but I wanted to see if anyone else had experience in this pursuit.

There is a hungry dwarf in Freeport by the name of Pandos. Feed him one dozen muffins each night for five years and your estranged pale brethren shall rejoice at your coming.

I got a Feir'Dal rogue to 'cannot get any worse' with Indigo Brotherhood and I was still safe to walk right into their guild, even completing quests for them, using a Mask of Deception. Being a dark elf is a huge bonus to your Indigo Brotherhood faction...

Thank you! I should have remembered this one. Even though I never did it myself, I helped a DE cleric friend get started on that. I think back in the day, you could turn in stacks of items and get the benefits. It was pretty slow going testing with my enchanter and he had the benefit of illusions. I think it might require some patient assistance with lulls/harmony and invisibility. Perhaps wolf form? Any recent experience on this, anyone?

Wolf form should work. I must confess that I did not approach this dwarf until I had already slain hordes of orcs.
