If increased GM presence means deathtouch/ban first explain later, while taking the word of the first person to petition or the majority vote which will always be the largest guild then no I don't think increased GM presence will bode well on the servers population in the long run. And i have actual reasons to base that on it's not mindless tin foil hat shit when i can give actual examples.

If GM's in the future take the time to research something and give out fair judgement's on both sides of the fence then yea increased GM involvement could be a good thing, But i can only base that outcome on what I've seen of late and that's not whats been happening.

Sirken is a fair guy you have to look at it from all perspectives, the population is growing and its sirkens job to make sure that keeps happening, hes doing his job well, you cant please everyone.

I wouldn't push Sirken's buttons on this because the Duke did do wrong. I think that's between Nizzar and the staff and depends on what is said between Nizzar and the staff. Personally I have zero problems with Nizzar coming back myself.

At the same time syft has valid points but you cant expect things to allways go your way, holocaust got punished, azrael got punished, population rising, thursdsy night fights, pras. Only thing id change about red is to find a way to promote more mass pvp, more than one or two big guilds or factions that contest etc
