Question Preserved Meat Delivery

I ran this quest 4 times today and each time I received a Star Rose Quartz and not the items listed on the Wiki.

Can anyone confirm this quest is working as intended?

There's a chance to receive the gloves, cleaver, or a star rose quartz.
