Named not spawning??

Has anyone else noticed named spawn problems?

I've been trying to camp Recfek Shralok since the V36 patch and he hasn't popped in 6 hours when he had been popping on average every 2 hours before the forced beta through V35 patch.

Petition, then spam" /t derubael hey wtf is up w/ this spawn" roughly every 30 seconds. If he takes more than 3 minutes to respond start sending tells belittling him or saying how much you donate to the server and you deserve better etc.
