I have the same issue on red, but blue is just fine for me. Strange.

EDIT- I was in Halas on both servers, unsure about the other cities, but things definitely looked normal on blue.

Logged in cleric, showed like 50 mobs in a stack in karnors, gated to freeport, was running through and a monk GM was standing in one of the guard spots. Didn't see any bankers in north freeport. Shit is bananas.

Tried to play on red last night but couldn't do anything but die... First, I was quite unlucky when I logged on because it was just after sunset in game. Although I could not see well, I was pretty sure that I was staring right at the spot in the Karanas where two bandits should be standing. I carefully looked around and could just make out the ground but was pretty sure that no bandit was around. Looked over at their camp and it was empty. The /who indicated I was alone in the zone. So I decided to run back to town but foolishly ran right by where the two bandits should have been and was suddenly attacked. I would have had to lull one to have a chance and knew that I couldn't defeat two of them. As soon as I was attacked, I could see them. Tried to run, tried to root them, and was backstabbed to death. While I was running, I looked behind me and it looked like only one was running after me. However it was actually two of them that looked the same and were in the exact same location as they ran.

Back in Qeynos there were no merchants that I could use and no NPC in the bank. Some of the merchants were multiples standing in the same spot but I couldn't right click and open the trading window.

:-(

The NPCs are actually in there correct spots, even if they show all stacked or randomly placed out, if you aggro the mob people currently near it will beable to see it. But if you rezone it'll rescramble everything. Just used a level 1 to train a merchant near the bankers to get them to pop and show for people.

I guess it depends on the z-axis... sometimes you can /tar the NPC and hail it to make it appear. Other times, even that doesn't work, and aggroing via PVP or some other method as above is the only solution.
