I suspect this was a mistake, but that disgustingly overpowered BP should have been nerfed years ago. As Elethia says, 30s is already incredibly OP. Maybe 60s or so would be balanced.

Donals BP needed to be nerfed long ago, for the good of the server, much like the fingerbone hoop.

I mean, how many donals BP's were on live servers before they got nerfed? 10?

Given our 4 years in kunark, we've got about 400.

A number of servers didn't have any before Velious. Other servers had only killed Trakanon a dozen times, if that many before Velious.

Donal's is overpowered and it does get nerfed, no one is debating that. But nerfed before Velious hits? That's not classic, and it's why I filed a bug report.
