Zoning with Bear-form

I am not the shaman I have just witnessed two different shamans complain about losing all buffs upon zoning out with bearform. I do not know all the parameters here, We are zoning out of sirens grotto which is a no levi zone.. maybe that has something to do with it? Maybe it happens everywhere?

Shamans help me out please test and comment if you see this
