Windows cannot find eqgame...

So, after being able to play previously, my computer suddenly started to tell me that 'Windows cannot find eqgame'. I am launching from the Launch Titanium batch file and I don't know what the problem could be. The command window says 'C:/windows/system32/start eqgame patchme' when it attempts to start. Is there any real fix for this, or do I have to re-install?
