Haven't read the thread lately but Bda got screwed just as bad as TMO with the ruling, where they relied on the plain language of the 6 hour wait rule.

Fortunate for them the timing worked out eerily well.

IB actually drops a Dragon in the path of our pull and causes the train up guy to get low health aggro on Druushk causing him to turn around (Basically the same thing we got suspended for). We get told we were kiting Druushk AFTER they kited Hoshkar for 6+ minutes.
wew we get these calls all the time from GM's on RED99 I'm just glad they go MIA for months at a time and leave us to ourselves. FEEL BAD for ya guys

Best part is everytime there's a big raid suspension, change in play nice raid rules, RNF blows up and total server population increases.
