I believe I've only seen him twice.

His instant 200 HP heal + 200 Rune potion is quite boss for FTE / Venril Sathir stall tanking.

The Sarnak that drops earring of station. It was my 55 Iksar SK on the nameless server Surln hunted forever for one and never got it. Went from 35-49 in OT on my Necro and found it...no melee around on a Tuesday morning.

It can drop from multiple different Sarnaks. My gnome necro has one that I got when doing the giant fort in BW and got a wandering sarnak add. There weren't any melee around to come loot it either. WHich is actually fine with me now because I roll with Str gear on that guy since I only use him for farming now and don't need much mana/hp when my pet is mutilating greens.

I've only ever seen Midgh and the basilisk in dead side Guk once. I remember, when I saw the basilisk and died, my group didn't believe that it existed and kicked me because they thought I was bullshitting

SK/EK Ancient Cyclops - never seen it on live or P99 and spent hundreds of hours tracking in SK.

I remember on live early on there were tales of a Kraken in Ocean of Tears or Lake Rathe (I've heard both). Below is a rumors thread that mentions that it might have been in beta but no screenshots exist.

Mayong Mistmoore was a normal raid spawn for the first month or two of P99. Spawned in his room, was always up unless he was killed and then I believe his respawn was the normal 7 days.

He was altered constantly. Most of his forms were essentially unbeatable (there was one with Phara Dar AE and another one that spawned a lot of adds). Basically he was "tuned down" a couple times so that each of the two raid guilds at the time (Inglourious Basterds and Transcendence) got a chance to kill him. Dropped the Fanged Skull Stiletto each time, and I think also his robe which was essentially a vanity item for enchanters only?

An old guild leader of Inglourious Basterds named Otto got one Fanged Skull Stiletto. I can't remember the name of the rogue in Transcendence who got his, but he joined IB about a week later which caused a lot of drama.

I saw that roaming around the other day, so it does spawn on P99.
