This NPC in Kael Drakkel has having some sort of pathing issue that makes it look like he's having a seizure. When I passed him he was "standing" in one spot but the best way I can describe it is that it looked like he was repeatedly switching from standing to walking forward several times per second without actually moving anywhere.

This (and others like it) are probably fixed with next patch due to a pathing update by Haynar. If not, please bump again.
