Pro variance is really only in response to someone as sick as Nizzar imo. 2.5+ years of near 100% raid attendance, but he had a lot of sick fuck help too.

It would be better to wait and see how the box plays out with possibly normal?(maybe) people playing and raiding.

If burn out and changes happen naturally it isn't as important.
