Best Place to Find Titanium?

Just stumbled upon this whole Project 1999 thing and I am so interested. I began Everquest during the oncoming of Gates of Discord so I am not a veteran; however, I would love to play what I have seen thus far of the 'original' of original Everquest. I found Everquest Titanium (With Tin Expansions??) at Amazon.com for 39.95$ Is this the exact game I would buy in order to begin playing on this emulated server? Or is there another route to find the game. Usually emulators are found for nearly free from any other games I have had emulated. If anyone can help direct me in a sure method to getting started on the emulator, please let me know! I would love to join the environment.
