The guild that was closest to competing with you had about 15 and were strictly closed for recruitment. You then recruited the top 5 from an up and coming guild while also putting out recruitment threads asking for the best dragon killers from all guilds to join Azrael.

The 5 you recruited away could have kept the guild you destroyed together and then there would probably be a force of 30 fighting you right now with Holocaust still being around 15. Bad move. Now the tribes have united.

pretty much this, all sides involved, everyone who isn't azrael is united against azrael, due to multiple factors, the most recent being the total shitfucking of hokuten by azrael. leaving all the regular members high and dry.
