Miscellaneous: Razran F`Lok faction

Even though Razran F`Lok is a wizard, he is supposed to be on The Dead faction:

He is currently on The Spurned faction (I am assuming based on his con vs others)

The funny thing about this is that for the past year, nearly 80% of the NPCs in Neriak have been factionless. Now that they've got factions, the bug reports start coming in.
