I did some stupid quest to find grim jaw island or whatever. Upon finding it the game stomped my dick in with a hail of cannon fire, sinking my clipper and killing me immediately. Upon respawning I was in pirate jail and had to recall. Now I need an item from a 10k alchemist to fix my ship. Won't be doing that quest come live lol.

I played a level 30 Infiltrator, destroying my faction in Cinderstone Moor for all 5 days of the beta.

I went to jail atleast 17 times. almost 3k infamy, bout to be a pirate.

I just signed up, fuck that founders pack bullshit. Signed up probably 3 months ago, got into the last two betas. They do have a "surprise announcement" from PAX on friday, thinking its gonna be the release date or an open beta date but who knows.

Well open beta runs from Sept 4-8 and launch date is Sept 16.

Whatever happened to Day Z by the way? Did it ever make it out of "beta"/"early access"?

Seems like the hype for it died before it was even released.

It's still in "early access" and has been for nearly a year now, I'm really not sure how these guys are getting away with selling "Early access" to a game that is a year away from being released. Actually I think these guys milk it so they can always throw up that disclaimer.

If they couldn't make money until it was done that shit would be released already.
