Well if you are downloading the one from the free sites, you downloaded the one with a trojan.(From 2007 I think is the one that is clean)

If you are talking about the anticheat it isn't a trojan. Look at the tech section on the steps to make it work.

the anticheat is a dll file that allows remote access to your machine through the eqgame.exe file. though others may be able to gain access to your machine through this exploit, most likely the only people who will have access to your system(with your permission, of course) are the p99 admins.

in a nutshell the anticheat dll sends the server an active list of what programs / processes are hooking into your client

macroquest2.exe accessing/modifying the eqgame.exe memory for example

It does none of these things, lol.
