It's called addition by subtraction. By removing toxic players you can attract more players. I'm not saying that would necessarily occur here, but the thought that you can't up pop by banning people is ludicrous. Many games have been successful in upping pop by cracking down on gold spammers / exploiters, etc.

I think its a problem, but not for new players. They cant tell if the allegations against this or that player is true, and hardly think itll make neckbeards quit. But it is not helping server health for sure.
