Was camping nybright sisters in lfay. Went to sell to wood elf ranger merchants. On the way there I saw equestrielle. Approx 20-30 mins after midnight, eastern time. What is this npc for?

yeah the event is what its for though, that horn is useless and the eyeball is a broken quest

She gets her jimmies rustled at some point in the timeline and the corrupted (better) version of Equestrielle on live made the Nybright sisters uncampable.
