Game Mechanics: Soulbound Keys Disappearing

My "key to charisis" disappeared after i died in sky and got a rez. Infos:

Character: Huffle
Server: Blue
Time: 9:40pm Central
Died/Rezzed in: Sky
Bound in: Tim Deep

Hello,

I was invited into an HS group yesterday. It was the 2nd or 3rd time I would be going to HS so I definitly had a key.
As I was going to enter, I couldn't find my key in my bags. I had my Trak idol but no more HS key.

This is for the facts. I don't know much more.

For the assumptions, i've been reading here that HS key might disapear after dying in PoS : I was in sky last saturday and corpsed. It could be linked.

Charasis/Sebilis keys, lost in Sky, quite sure during rez/death. Unfortunately I did not notice the exact moment of it happening, but if i were to guess, it was when I took two deaths and rezzes in rapid succession in sky, I know that I saw them some short time before this, and it wasn't until later that I noticed something missing.

I was in PoSky 6/13 and died. I think my seb key, HS key, and VP key poofed then. Relogged and checked bank to no avail.

I've had it happen in Sky mostly, once in Hate. Both after exp deaths and upon being resurrected the soul-bound item was no longer in inventory. Camping in/out didn't fix it - key still gone.

Key to sebilis disappeared - not sure if I screwed up something or game but if there a GM has time I would like it back

Lost my key to charasis - poofed one time after death. Petitioned but no GM response. Had to get another one.

I died during a Cazic Thule kill. Upon being ressed, I looted all my gear and proceeded to kill myself with a mod rod, leaving all 7 of my bags on my original corpse.

I was then ressed again and looted both corpses.

Upon gating back to TT I tried to find my Seb key to no avail.

I had this happen to me last year in Plane of Sky. It may have something to do with duplicate lore items. I had looted a sky key piece after death, then went to loot my body which also had the same lore key piece and after deleting the lore item I had, I looted my body finding my trakanan idol missing (no I did not delete the idol, I had indeed deleted my sky key piece allowing me to loot my body)
