This. Honestly I am having a blast in this guild - even when we get run out of General or Sky, it happens. I have a feeling Nihi wants to think we are spending hours crying over this, but realistically we just moved on and did other stuff right after.

The advantage most people don't see to having all these new players is that were just having fun every night raiding/leveling together in teamspeak. We dont need the most epic loot RIGHT AWAY. The people who wanted that joined Nihi (and that's fine). A lot of us are willing to work up the chain - that's the environment Jib has set up so far in Hokuten and I think its working great.

We fielded 40 last night - we are doing something right.

Lets just PvP the shit out of each other and have fun.

TL;DR

Hokuten is having fun, even with the few Nihi encounters. We dont need the most epic loot right away. Jibs/Officers are doing a solid job building this guild up. Everyone go outside for an hour today and get some sun.

My thoughts exactly. During tranix the other night when I saw checkraise come into the zone I knew what was coming. Made it exciting.

Not worried about nihilum. In fact one of my leveling buds was a nilly twink (Lilmez represent [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.] )

As long as the intention is to PvP for fun and not to try and keep newer players from progressing I say bring it on. We may not get you the first time but it's coming eventually. We will learn.

Also much props to nilly for not shitting up the hate raid last night after the informant starting putting us on blast in OOC. Maybe it wasn't worth your time or maybe we can keep it civil?

I joined p1999 because I loved everquest as a kid. I joined red because as a blue player in eq I always enjoyed reading about the top guilds pvping for raid targets. Hopefully we get to that point and possibly in Velious do some damage to each other in good fun.
