Quest Issue: Innoruuk Symbol Quests

I have had two petitions recently regarding the Symbol Quests not completing correctly.

Can a dev please summon up the items and attempt the three turn in's?

I had no problem with these turn-ins. The quests are not written as multiquestable. Perhaps that is the issue.
