I played EQ from beta phase 3 for 7 years straight. When I retired I was the top geared/AA'd Enchanter on my server top 25 across all servers and in a top 5 raiding guild. I think the changes are completely dumb. Some classic mechanics were just simply oversight or mistakes on the original EQ dev's part. There's a reason they got changed. I play on P99 for the old school content I enjoyed so much. Not the shitty pointless Classic mechanics that nobody in their right mind actually enjoys.

You should probably take all that amazing EQ knowledge and use it to start your own awesome server that people could play for free and then cry about what they feel your server should be like.
