should Rogean give Sim repop control to other staff members?

The staff keeps saying Rogean's busy. With my deepest desire to give the benefit of a doubt, I can't imagine triggering a script to be that time consuming. Thanks for providing us with a server, but it has become evident that you've lost interest in it. let other people have some level of control.

I think all GMs and guides working on faction should be able to reset the server.

GMs and Guides dont work on faction, you're thinking of devs, and devs dont have staff accounts.
