What is the point of the EQfeart.PAK?
I cant open it with any .PAK explorers and I am dying to know

It's nothing special. Cazic jumps out and eats your head off. Seriously, all of the "eqfeart" files are just a bunch of BMPs.

No sounds. Just BMPs-- images: GUI stuff, some splash screens. It's all stuff not associated with gameplay.
