The project99 staff shot themselves in the foot by not allowing boxing, could easily have at least 600 pop on the red server during prime time if it was allowed. Would make pvp much easier to find and non-respawn days somewhat bearable.

Boxing isnt the problem, its all the bad dev decisions cumulated over the years that almost succeeded in killin the pop. I was always against YT, but never thought it was a big enough issue for me to fight for it considering how hard it is to make staff see the light here. Theyve got it right with the group bonus but might be too little too late. The remaining core of pop is pretty heavy on the toxic side, thats gonna be hard to navigate around.

Well CoM always has groups in it for level 40-50 pvp and KC usually has groups with 50-60 players. You can pretty much hit those spots anytime for PvP. If you had a small crew you could hit one of those spots, kill a few and then leave before a zerg came for you.

You will always have to deal with gating and plugging on any EQ server though.

During the time playing there was never anyone in range in any of those zones. The only zone I ever found anyone in was a low 50's Nihilum group xping in chardok. Other than that KC/Cdok/Seb was empty that entire 2-3 week span. CoM was oor to my 60 rogue obviously.
