Default Disciplines on Titanium, and p99

Too soon maybe to ask, but the revamp on disciplines changed with turning in tombs and a whole new hotkey window. Is it possible to restore to the old way? or will we use the new system?

They never existed until Kunark.

Since it is pertinent now, I'll necro this thread rather than create a new one. Are Kunark disciplines enabled on the beta server? As I understand, Monks start at 51, Wars at 52 and Rogues at 53.

On live I remember using the Fearless and Resistant discs on my monk, but on the Kunark test server they didn't work. According to the following link, they were a Velious-only Disc?

I put up a list of disciplines on the wiki in preparation for Kunark:

Let me know / make the corrections for those that are velious, or other details that are missing.

This list says that all hybrid discs weren't until Velious, is that right?
