Ok so you have 5+ mobs already rooted in the pit, and your fraps begins with him already in the pit coming from VS with non-VS room mobs, meaning he had obviously already ran past pit before that fraps begins as had all the mobs chasing him (whether they chased him down to VS or were dropped on him by someone else we can't tell from your fraps).

Definitely stupid to try to kite in the pit though, he should have just died rather than fuel BDA.

Then why is your proof so heavily edited ? Show us clearly him coming in with the train. Not spliced after the guy is in pit with a train on him that could have been anyone's. This is why BDA needs to compete more. When people are racing for VS from zone in all guilds end up bringing aggro. Unless you can clearly show the person bringing aggro to the pit it could have been anyone's that got dropped on multiple people. Show us the unedited fraps. [You must be logged in to view images. There probably isn't anything earlier. Fraps was turned on when someone saw Yibz coming in with mobs on him (hence the Ventrillo chatter). Running Fraps at all times takes a lot of resources.

The premium version has a buffer that you can set to prerecord the last several minutes. Every single video I've ever submitted that had results used it.
