Before I was in TMO, I was always suspect of these auctions myself. However, as I read all of the petitions for guild bank requests along with the other officers, I don't believe there is a single request from FE members for any legacy TMO-bank items. Also, it may have occurred to you that during the Zeelot era most of the items in this auction were excess as there were about 4-5+ of each in bank. Given that Zeelot absconded with a very large portion of the guild bank these items are no longer the extreme excess that they were and the sales have tapered.

Fountree is a thief and doesn't understand that selling extra paladin/Bard Bps for recharge plat isn't the same as stealing from the guild that carried your down syndrome ass for years. Fuck off. | |||

Let me preface this by saying that Fountree has always been dumb - nice but dumb.
While I was in handling the guild bank/sales for a few months, I was the only person ever in TMO to keep a detailed ledger of all sales and purchases. This went as far as even keeping track of all spell sales, not to mention sales of items and MQs. I also spent a lot of time organizing the spell mules (I alphabetized them after moving all the bullshit spells - like Aegis of Ro - that dropped at every raid to an overflow mule). This spreadsheet was available to TMO Officers and the Loot Council to review at all times. We had a post in TMO Officer forums where people would indicate what they sold and for how much, but certain people got lazy, and it really wasn't all-inclusive in the sense that it wouldn't show how much guild plat a person had at a particular moment. Here it is: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheet/...=sharing#gid=0 - the real ledger is at the bottom right. As you can see, after a while I started keeping track of not just the amount the item was sold for, but also who it was sold to and on what date. I really made a conscious effort to be beyond reproach. And what do you know? People trust me - always have! I was always fully honest and kept my own holdings separate from TMO's. Not all items being sold were held by me. I generally just looked at the bank spreadsheet to see what we had in this regard when making a post. More than once, items we supposedly had banked weren't there and it put me in a tough position trying to sell them because Eccezan/Zeelot/DD had ninja-sold them. I'm not saying there was wrongdoing necessarily, but it seemed like the only people interested in keeping the guildbank list current and accurate were me and Zagum. When I quit blue, before I started selling my alts' gears, I handed all my guild holdings off to Zagum. This amounted to a stack of plat and a few Trak BPs and VS Legs. Prove it?
