Never did gnoll fangs. What's a good lvl to start?

lvl 30 is kind of rough though



I've recently leveled 4 new alts strictly off of DF belts (1-12), Orc Scalps (12-20), and Left Goblin ears(20-34)

got any figures for how many of each turned in for those and what exp penalties/bonuses if applicable?

Gnoll fangs have been normalized at 2% for me as a warrior for at least 7 levels now; probably will stay that way for awhile.

Did 1-24 there. Might have to delevel a character down to 58 and do 59 via gnoll fangs to get my throne back.
