only need 1 hit, pref near the end of your day.
the current tax is 25% in colorado and washington. this is causing A LOT of people to buy it illegally which is not good. but at least the people are buying it illegally from US licensed growers as opposed to the mexican shwag. The tax rate is WAY to high currently but it is what was required to get the foot in the door. given enough time the tax will be lowered and everybody will by cheap affordable herb from good ol americans and the price will be so affordable it wont be worth buying it illegally anymore. its just gonna take more time bro's just a bit more time

harder drugs like heroin etc should be only available in clinics. these clinics would be designed to help people get off the drug but give it away for free. this will cause all the junkies to come to a central location where they can get their drugs for free but cannot leave until the drugs wear off. I would assume 95-98% of the country would have no interest in trying heroin etc. I would never. but this is america, if you want to ruin your life go ahead and do it. forcing people to find hard drugs on the streets is going to cause so much violence. we pay tax dollars to lock up junkies and turn them into violent criminals in a cell. I'd rather take that money and spend it on clinics where we could control the drug problem and rehabilitate them, it would probably be a lot cheaper too.

Heh. Seems like Jib has a valid point here which is making me feel all strange inside.
Mexican drug cartels make the mainstay of their profit on hard drugs like cocaine....the good weed you get in the USA comes from grow-houses in your city most of the time not from the dirt schwag geting sent across the border. This being said, regardless of pot for narcotic uses, the industrial use for hemp is astounding and even the non-THC producing plant is illegal to grow in the US which means getting it from Canada or other sources. This importing causes it to be expensive to the point of irrelevance. Regardless, look at the way the momentum is shifting and it seems like it will be legal here in the next 5-10 years on a federal level. Corporations see the $$$ and are able to take a piece of the pie, so it's only a matter of time now.
