glitched bag of gear missing, no response from greens?

hey guys.

so recently i had a bag dupe itself somehow when i had a full inventory and it was hanging on my cursor. i lost:

rod of mourning, no longer drops
full kylong, dreadscale, dwarven work boots, etc

i put in a petition and heard from haynar, saying he cant do much but investigate what causes the glitch, and that durbael would have to look into the logs and issue a reimbursment.

its been about 4 days, 18 replies including bumps to my petition, and 70 views on the thread, but no reply from a green. starting to get kinda frustrated, discouraged.

so this is my rant and rave. does anyone have any similar experiences, stories?
eunomia messaged me in game when i did /petition and said it could take months. thats months without a weapon and armor i cant afford to replace easily.

Place a petition in the Rants, Flames, and NSFW section. Bump your post once a day and wait.

Petition in game for an update (write it in under 30 words). Don't keep bumping your petition on the forums that'll just make them mad.
