Help finding a good 20-24 Enchanter charm camp

Wouldn't recommend hurting your high elf faction on an enchanter, considering one of the epic turnins is in felwithe.

What level are these guards?
Don't want to run all the way there and find out I can't handle them.

They start out dark blue to a lvl 20 enchanter so not sure the exact lvl.

Start at the first doorway that requires a key to get up out of the city. Do your charm thing. Profit.

Down the hallway is another double spawn you can charm kill if you have time between respawn of the first doorway.

Like I said, no faction hits and they always carry a sword and shield that you can sell right in Paineel (assuming you aren't KOS) for about 10pp I think?

I never visited Paineel all those years during live except to run to the Hole.

I made a level 1 to figured out I need a key to move that lift behind the rock. How do I get the key to get inside?

I was able to charm a skeleton guard in the newbie area and ask for "keyz".

I got a key and checked it out. At 22, the two guards by the elevator were light blue. The respawn time seems quite long. I didn't pay attention, but went exploring and buffing newbies for awhile and they still hadn't spawn.

In the room with the PoD, there is a single yellow. Further in pass the gates to the courtyard, there are also two light blues. Inside the door they are guarding, there is a red.

I ended up killing the two by the elevator a couple of times and left. Back to EK I go for some more silks. May try SK once I have enough silks to skill up tailoring on cured silks.

Going over the wiki I couldn't find more than two of the skeleton guards listed for the zone. Didn't seem worth moving there for them.

There were 3 spawn locations I could do as a lvl 20 enchanter. Each containing (2) dark blue skeleton guards. It was good exp and cash because they drop a shield and sword which I think sells for 10pp - ish (per mob).

Maybe it's no longer viable at 22. All I know is it was an amazing spot for a lvl 20 (with charm of course).
