Regarding IP Exemptions.

Has anyone on the server ever asked for one of these and if so how long did it take to get the issue addressed?

Any info on how to expedite this process would be of great help.

Submit a request. List the two accounts (not the character names) which you want exempted. Make sure you choose the IP Exemption from the drop down menu when filling in the request (it will not let you submit unless you do). Also, nobody else will see your posts in this forum.
The request usually takes a few days. You might be able to ask for an expedite by asking nicely on the server's IRC but don't expect to get the expedite as everyone is busy..

IP exemption requests take approximately 7-14 days, as the number of requests for them (and other actions) that require GM approval has been quite high lately. Please just remember to stay patient while your request is in the queue.

Mine took about 10-11 days. I stopped by IRC to ask (politely) and was turned down. Patience is key here.

From talking to others and scanning through the forum, it seems like around 10 days or so is the norm. I put in for one for my brother and I back on August 30th, so hopefully it will go through any day now.
