IB showed some fraps showing we had 3 people at PD instead of 2 and since we where both in the wrong we worked out a deal to end IBs suspension early.

Not sure on the mobs though. We will probably toss them a Silverwing or Trakanon or something.

The real problem is when IB wouldn't work out their issues between TMO/IB officers last week we had to go to the GM's and somehow IB was allowed to present counter fraps from the past. Since Jan there has been numerous training accidents that both sides have negotiated deals between each other. Like giving up the next dragon for instance. This was done to "keep the staff out of it". Seems odd we can work out a deal with IB/FE yet weeks later IB can submit them to the staff for those same instances and wiggle out of a punishment.
Guess TMO just needs to dig through its fraps archive.

If you really wanted a statute of limitations why would you make a snide remark about digging into the fraps archive?

Wait, so you can intentionally break server-wide raid rules (such as having a raid force camped out at a target or having more than 2 people at a spawn) but as long as you work out a deal with the guild that reported you it's all forgiven by the staff?

I understand that the staff want disputes worked out between players before getting GMs involved but it seems like this sort of arrangement allows for TMO and IB to get away with whatever they want... But it's ok because the other guild needs competition.
