Ok so, at what point does someone lose the right to represent a guild?

Is it when they leave that guild?

Is it when they disband the entire guild?

Is it when they make public posts declaring they won't be playing on this server anymore?

If I ran "The best buttfuckers" as the sole guild leader.

When I decided to disband the guild I would assume people would pursue other guilds/interests.

When they decided to forcibly re-start, I'd be miffed but not exactly upset.

When they decided they wanted to change the forums because they didn't like what I had to say, despite them using the guild name I founded and nurtured- I'd be pretty pissed.

First off, they had no permission to re-use the name when I disbanded the guild.

Second, they thought I'd be okay with them using the name of the guild I had built over the years without having me included- Or wait, this sounds a lil shallow eh? Lets remember, when TMO stabbed Zeelot in the back- none of them... UP UNTIL THIS VERY DAY! have ever tried to smooth things over with him.

Since we have a _lot_ of young lawyers here, Xast, Ele? How long does it take to claim squatter's rights to property?

Zeelot basically told us to go get our own forums so we did. It's not what he said, it's that he was actively working to hinder the progress of the guild while being quit/disgruntled/uninvolved/whatever.

The forum switch also eliminated the quandary of sharing past sensitive posts with our new FE pals.

Btw still waiting on imminent TMO destruction due to Loly's petition - please keep us posted bro
