Because SOME PEOPLE just ForumQuest because of sigs, avatars and gifs. Maybe banning them would reduce the activity of such people!

Question:

What happens when someone comes across P99 for the first time. They haven't registered yet, or they only just registered and they go into Server chat and the first post they read is written by someone with a boob squeezer avatar or the first signature they see is a woman on all fours shaking her butt acting like she's taking it from behind? How were they supposed to avoid that if they wanted to?

I'm not offended, I'm not just being blatantly ignorant about the fact that some people may be offended and or put off by it. Additionally I'm astounded at the hatred derived from such a simple question. You guys are acting like children.

Not even remotely offended actually. I'm thinking it would be best to keep a low profile or at the bare minimum a clean vaneer so this emu doesn't become associated with the offici title.

Now, I'm not a lawyer but the forums are a highly visible, google-searchable extension of the game we play. This game operates under the same name as titles currently collecting revenue for Sony. Although I'm not sure how, or even if Sony has acknowledged the legitimacy of emu servers I'm fairly certain they could simply send a c+d to Nilbog, Rogean and co. and the project would be terminated or at best, put into legal purgatory.

People will say dumb things in the internet.
Names and comments will be rude.
Pictures will be posted.

All of that said, there is a real need to moderate the forums insofar as this should not be a Dropbox for tranny/dick/gash pics. Same thing goes for the other crap that gets posted all over RnF. Since you can create a new forum account without any real checks it goes without saying that there should be some kind of in-game consequence insofar as the out-of-game consequence always results in ______ v.36.0

Yea...all those sigs are just as clothed as the sony drawn EQ models on the box art.
