Spells: Research components drops & mob levels

The way I thought it used to work on live is as follow:

Research components are dropped by mobs that are within the spell's level range, the range being the following pattern:

Level 16 spells research components would drop from mobs between level 16 and 19.
Level 20 spells research components would drop from mobs between level 20 and 23.
Level 24 spells research components would drop from mobs between level 24 and 28.

This is what I learned early on live, and I don't think I ever saw any drops deviate from this rule. However this is not what I am seeing on p1999.

As an example, Droga: it seems to be mostly level 24 research components and lower, will it should be level 29 and 34 components.

Your forgetting the part where you say what mobs are dropping the wrong components and if its on alot of mobs and seems like a global thing find proof that is the way you say you rememeber. Just saying. Adding those will get the bug process move along quicker.
