What exactly is five monitors useful for? I have two (at work and at home), and can't really see a use for more.

It surely depends on what you do though. For gaming/facebook/SPSS/online shopping, two is enough for me!

I am constantly switching between various tabs of code, browsers (for looking up functions, research, etc) and various other things such as rdp or putty sessions simultaneously. Even with 4 monitors, I still complain about my lack of desktop real estate.

I just have a lot of sounds from it for sound design, kinda uncatagorized , no whole song written with it exclusively,, only song I have available for public is basically the 1st one I produced ,, http://m.soundcloud.com/f4te, doesn't have my modular on it but it does have sounds from other synths

Says a year ago but the vocals are like 4 years old and the track is like 3 years old actually not sure why it says 1

workstation (2 screens to the right): icore7 3.4ghz@4.2ghz 8cores, 32gb 4-4-4-12 ram, ssd kingston hyperx 550mb/s read/write 256gb, 2tb regular storage, asus geforce 660 ti

server (1 screen to the left): quadcore 4x 2,6ghz, 8gb ram intel 320 128gb ssd (system) 2tb storage (regular) 4tb storage (encrypted incase fbi shows up) used as: fileserver, webserver, ftpserver, radio streamer, mailserver, proxy, vpn server and lots of other geeky shit

backup server (impossible to see mounted under table): automatic backup of all files changed (Incremental) once per week from server machine (capacity 6tb), boots and runs backup, then shuts down.

machines are connected using same keyboard/mouse over tcpip (synergy2)
