I don't think anyone disagrees with you. I think the obvious solution is to moderate ooc but there are manpower issues with that.

Remove ooc; conversations in it were always despicable when I played there.

Make it so that you can only use /ooc if you are in a city zone / outpost.
This kinda makes sense when it comes to trading also :P I think this will limit the PvP spamfest and spontaneous shit talking. | ||

removing global ooc is dumb, before it was implemented the server pop was 20 people

Can't one turn off OOC chat themselves? I figure if everyone is capable of connecting to an emulated server correctly they should know at the very least how to turn off certain chats if they don't want to hear someone from Nihilum cry wolf or call someone a fgt
