Lol yea it's base is a Ralliart. I've had a boost controller installed + custom tune and overall it's faster than a stock evo now.

Was thinking about a turbo swap but the shop I got my other stuff done at was dodging me on a quote, which makes me feel uncomfortable.

I hate loud exhausts. Never understood it. I don't need my car to sound loud and annoying to go fast. That and I use my car for work and, well, that's just unprofessional.

my cobb equipment isn't actually that loud when driving normally and i have a sleeper stock size dual-tip exhaust.. i also agree with you, but i think there's a big distinction on the way a subaru sounds vs. a rattly fart canon.
