idk i live in north carolina, not sure what you mean by "requesting discovery, then requesting more discovery"

first ticket ive got in like 8 years (altho that ticket was a dui, but its been erased from my record and it doesnt even exist on my backround checks somehow)

ticket was going 81 in a 60

You got it expunged from your public record but it will still count against you if you get in legal trouble again. The positive is that employers can't see it if they do some sort of background check.

2.
Officer NAME's daily log for the day of CITATION DATE.
3.
Officer NAME's RADAR/LASER/VASCAR log for the day of CITATION DATE.
4.
The name, model, and serial number of the device used to ascertain the speed of the
vehicle described in citation #NUMBER and (RADAR ONLY) the serial numbers of the
tuning forks used to test the speed-measuring device.
5.
Copies of the maintenance and/or certification records, for the last twelve months, of the
speed-measuring device that was used to ascertain the speed of the vehicle described in
citation #NUMBER.
6.
A copy of both sides of the officer's copy of the citation #NUMBER, as well as any other
notes or records pertaining to citation #NUMBER.
The records that I have requested DO/DO NOT (PLEASE SELECT) need to be certified nor
their authenticity verified. If there is an additional charge for this, I understand that I must pay
for that charge.
