Bans mean nothing on p99 tho so it's not really a harsh punishment.

Just how do you propose to make it more severe?

Ip MAC address ban I dunno. I'm not trained in the arts of quantum computing but if there was a way to ban someone permenantly (can't make new accounts or play Alts) that would be more severe.

Sorry on phone

That's right, you don't know, or you wouldn't suggest measures that're trivially circumvented by anyone who can google the instructions to do so.

There is: it's called "murder". Is that what you're suggesting?

That's really drastic, u know you could start with a restraining order, probably less expensive to get than murder actually. I do believe it is very possible to within the extent of the law, restrain someone from accessing p99 and the community, using legal grounds, and the FBI/local police to enforce it.

One need only declare that the person/entities behind the Tune spam are not allowed to use these forums & services. Then if he/they circumvent the ban, it is a criminal offense.

Yeah I don't know what legaly binding stuff we agree to when we create an emulator org account which R99 uses (not it's own login/auth) servers (though Rogean seems to host them).

So I just jumped to the next level.
