Honestly, Exed should never have been res'd back into that fight. He was looting at the lavastorm zoneline right next to sol b, where there was insane fighting going on, AE's etc directly on top of him. He was accidently tab targeted and one bard slash killed him (because he was looting by people getting AE'd).

Tune has served a long enough suspension and was banned before the rules could be clarified around mass PVP. He pvps a lot, but there is nothing wrong with that, and often times he is pvping solo. Hell, even if he is with a group, he leaves them in the dust 3 seconds into a battle anyways.

Make it right. Free Spectre / Tune / whoever else that was banned from PNP violations. Clarify the rules. Bring on Velious. Fun begins!

Dude stop with these dumb posts. Tune wasn't permabanned for that one offense. Tune doesn't even think this so these posts about him being perma banned for killing Exed are pointless.
