Elderan I believe there is a very thin line between genius and insanity. I think you oscillate between this line and so I have a hard time determining whether you are trolling or not. Hard to read individual (or truely disturbed), you are. Reinstate the leaderboard man, best thing you or Nilly ever done for the server imo was host it. Even if it was tainted at times it was great for quick lulz.

Back to topic, I'd say its pretty easy to determine if rules are broken or not. If everyone stepped back a little from the keyboard, things would be pretty black and white. This will most likely be the last successful classic eq emu server so ya'll need to take care of it and its population.

Edit: Not sure who the bluebie above me is but they better recognize before I embarrass them real good in game.

PVP is down 45% since the PNP was put into place. I am thinking about bringing the leaderboards back to try and spark things.

Please do it .... But the people have to generate profiles that grant points based on Kill Death Ratio.

I am against PnP as well but I am for following server rules, ya follow? Kinda like the posted speed limit. I don't agree with it but I obey the law. If it were up to me this server would be wiped and a new Sullon Zek ruleset server would replace it. I am just sick of people complaining about being banned for breaking the rules. I remember this guy I once knew got a DUI. This guy blamed everything and everyone but himself as to why he was charged. From the cop being corrupt to he had chewed gum that night and it caused him to blow a higher alcohol level than he really was. He had a million excuses as to why he shouldnt have been charged except for not drinking and driving that night. You can't blame the petitioner or the GM for your ass breaking the rules and getting the hammer. Consequences for doing the wrong thing shouldn't be new to any of you unless some of you are truely man babies.

It would have seasons or something that resets on a set amount of time for winners etc. But the history would still be there. Just thinking up some ideas the last few days.

I cant stress this enough. Someone with a garbage Kill death ratio can't continue to yield 3 points or whatever, in the same way as someone with a pristine record.

naw but you get my point. This is a free server where someone can make unlimited amount of characters/accounts. Perma ban is pretty much the only way you can hurt someone around here. Even permabanning multiple level 60 toons with close to BIS doesnt stop most of you people from having another level 60s in a couple of weeks.
