We have absolutely no bargaining power in this negotiation. I went out and got multiple degrees, have a great job, family, etc. I get taxed to high heaven, but at least at the end of the day when I lay down I know I put in an honest days work, and that I earned all that I have.

Have you counted the members of these guilds? TMO > 5% of the server.
