I am saying that raid PVP CCing is 100x worse than single/grp PVP - Drak was right that the leaderboard made people farm EXP groups which is terrible.

But it doesn't even come close to CCing people that logged off for the night in frustration at Trak prep area/Hate/Fear.

And it is a huge burden on the leadership to hold every members hand (when many are casuals) to get their body back.

No mad here, just putting the logic train back on the rails instead of crashing.

Yes, corpse retrieval is so boring and the PvP associated with camping people without gear is almost as boring. Good to see that part of PvE/PvP becoming less tedious.

PNP working great. If not for the PNP the Kith / DL / Sol B etc., battles probably would have never happened, because each side would fear being CC'ed for the remainder of the day.

I think there is definitely some truth to this. Even the duke posted that the excessive stuff should always been covered under the PVP. I think if we could make some modifications to the PNP for mass PVP so that nobody gets griefed but we can focus more on the battle then who is a legitimate target we could have a really good ruleset.

I don't think we're far off either. If we just made it so you're not allowed to LNS while the battle is still going, and if you try then you auto forfeit your LNS and/or are subject to disciplinary action that would do it.

If you are going to participate in mass pvp, no one goes to get their corpse until LNS is requested.

If you are going into mass pvp, go in with the expectation that (imagine this) it could take a while.

Really hard problem to solve, let me tell ya.

i tend to agree that pnp allows the fight to end smoothly, i.e. no corpse camping

but letting people "lns" in middle of ongoing battle is dumb
