Rerunning Duxa's all-in-one to change the resolution seems to have addressed the most recent issue .
So, after a port forawrding, a repatch, a reboot, and changing the windowed mode status im up and running and it's 10 pm-- thanks for the assistance everyone. | ||

Yesterday the 29th. I began having this problem. It happened when the server was over 1000 pop. And lasted about a hour.
I was DCed from the server then unable to log back in. Then this morning. The pop is under 600. I was Dced and have not been able to log back in for 30 mins now. I began checking some of the things you mentioned and downloaded 1 new mobo driver. Still from any account, I get that Error 1017. | ||

I opened Port 5998, and cleared DNS.
It allowed me to connect again. | ||
