He probably gets a text message when something goes noticeably wrong with the server. That's typical of any professional highly-available service. Lots of third-party services to do that for you like Pingdom, New Relic, et. al.

rogean has decided he is so fed up with p99 he has taken a sledge hammer to it. Everyones characters are gone, no more P99 EVER! What will you do?
